We were assigned Karl's by our home warranty, when our water heater wasn't working. They called promptly to get info on our specific model, & arrived at our home in less than one hour. Within less than an hour from arriving, it was fixed! The technician was informative & friendly. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Our lift station pump to our holding tank failed. Karl's was able to get out within a day to replace to get us back up and running before we had any more issues. Amy was very helpful in scheduling and providing a copy of the county permitting which was great since we had just moved in. Mike had the whole setup replaced within a couple hours. Super job!!

I have used Karls for plumbing and hvac in two different home remodels. Mike the plumber is the best there is. Overall, they have great communication and fair pricing. They have also helped me out in a bind, so they get extra credit from me!

Karls Mechancial worked with us to coordinate installation in a timely manner; not easy given our and their busy schedule. The 2 employees were obviously skilled, respectful, and friendly. After installation, I appreciated the education I got when I asked more questions about the new equipment.
